Team Member Helping Hand Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization assisting New Perspective team members facing challenging times.  The Helping Hand Fund’s mission is to give back, support, and spread moments of joy to our team members during emergency hardships.  

*Eligibility: Must be a New Perspective employee at the time of the request. Loss must have occurred while an employee of New Perspective and meet basic requirements of individual financial needs assessment. *
